Crunchy, spicy, and perfectly dippable -- our Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are perfect for all your gameday get-togethers. Plus, they’re simply crafted with our Unsweetened Cashew Milk, so you can feel good about every bite!


Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ cup Elmhurst Unsweetened Cashew Milk + 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
For the Sauce: :

  • 2 Tbsp vegan butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Hot Sauce (we recommend Frank’s Red Hot)

Directions:

  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment and preheat oven to 375F
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Add cashew milk and vinegar and mix well – mixture should be thick.
  3. Toss the cauliflower in the batter to get an even coating.
  4. Using a fork or slotted spoon to let the excess batter drip, transfer to prepared baking sheets making sure to leave space between each piece.
  5. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Prepare the sauce: In a large bowl, add vegan butter and hot sauce and whisk until fully incorporated.
  7. Remove cauliflower from oven, then toss in your sauce & enjoy!
