Iced Strawberry Rose Latte
Made with Elmhurst Barista Edition Pistachio Milk
Sweet strawberries, a hint of rose and creamy pistachio milk – this iced latte is the perfect drink for a warm, sunny day.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4-5 fresh strawberries
- 1 Tbsp rose simple syrup
- 1 cup Elmhurst Barista Edition Pistachio Milk
- 2oz espresso
- Ice
DIRECTIONS:
- Add the strawberries and simple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour 1 Tbsp of strawberry mixture into the bottom of your glass and set aside.
- In a separate glass or container, combine pistachio milk and remaining strawberry mixture and mix until well combined.
- To your glass, add ice, ¾ of your strawberry rose milk, and espresso. Stir.
- Froth the remaining milk until cloud-like and top off your latte, sprinkle with edible rose petals (optional) and enjoy!
