This is my absolute favorite Elmhurst product and quite possibly my favorite period. The flavors are perfectly balanced and just so delicious without the bog-down that dairy products bring. My favorite way to enjoy it is frothed with earl grey, which makes the best Earl grey latte I've ever had. It is also fantastic with espresso or gin. I was heartbroken last year when it was no longer available, and I am so glad it's bad for the season!
