“The only almond milk I’ll use in my smoothies.”
“The best nut milk in the game!”
I just absolutely love this milk. The ingredients? Simple and amazing. No fillers or gums. The taste? Super creamy and low sugar. I love basically every non-dairy milk from their barista line, but the creaminess of this one stole my heart and I think I've been converted for good. I recommend any of the milks from the barista line. Elmhurst has become a favorite company of mine.
I got a carton of this stuff in the barista variety pack and I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to steam it and the foam held well. It's richer and creamier than the Barista Almond Milk, but less sweet. If you like creamier coffee I recommend this Cashew Milk or the Barista Oat Milk, and if you like your coffee sweeter then I recommend the Barista Almond Milk. You honestly can't go wrong with any of the milks from Elmhurst's barista series - I've loved every one I've tried so far. The minimal ingredients and preservatives are an amazing attribute too! I never have to worry about digestive issues due to fillers or gums that are in a lot of other mainstream non-dairy milks.
Tried this in my coffee, it rally enhanced the flavor of coffee. It brings out the coffee nut flavor, great stuff. Then I tried it in a bowl of oat mill. This was were it really shined. It made my morning oat mill very creamy, thick, and really brought out the taste. Will be ordering a lot more of this. Will have to try ice cream recipes. Oh and my wife tried it in her frother. It made a creamy mocha every bit as good as a star bucks. Absolutely love this product.
Cashew milk is far superior to almond as it is thicker, creamier, and tastier. It is delicious! I did as reviewer Tammy did and made a frothy creamer from it. It worked wonderfully! I took a photo of it to include in this review, but I can't find a way to attach the photo.
