Love your almond milk but too impossible to find.
Been drinking this for several years in my morning oatmeal shakes and in other milk-substituted meals. Healthy and tastes good. I, like the others reviewing, agree that the top needs addressing so that you can in fact "shake well" without it spilling and making a mess.
Try this for a decadent latte! Ingredients: 1) 6oz brewed coffee 2) 2-3 oz of Elmhurst Almond (Barista edition) or Milked Cashew. 3) Small frother 4) cinnamon 5) local honey Directions: 1) Put warm coffee in a cup 2) In a separate large cup heat milk 30 seconds in microwave 3) Use frother for 2 minutes to thicken the milk. 4) Spoon thickened milk on top of coffee 5) Sprinkle cinnamon on top and make a heart shake on top. This may sound complicated but it takes less then 5 minutes and it’s so worth it!
Love the taste of the Almond milk, great in my coffee. I still prefer organic almond and will wait for organic before reordering. Also the cap leaks when trying to shake .
