How to Make Vegan Gluten-Free Waffles

Ingredients:
- • 2 Bananas
- • ¼ cup maple syrup
- • 1 ¾ cups Elmhurst Unsweetened Almond Milk
- • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- • 3 Tbsp Almond Butter (sub with any nut butter)
- • 4 cups Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- • ¼ tsp Salt
- • 1 tsp Baking Soda
- • 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
Instructions:
- Preheat waffle iron according to instructions.
- Place all wet ingredients into a high speed blender. Add all dry ingredients on top and blend for about 1-2 minutes, or until everything is combined and completely smooth.
- Scoop around ¼ cup of batter into each waffle section of your waffle maker and cook according to the waffle iron's instructions. Repeat the process until all of the batter is gone.
- Serve waffles immediately and enjoy with maple syrup and fresh fruit!
