Iced Peppermint Mocha
Smooth and creamy thanks to our Oat Barista Edition, this vegan Iced Peppermint Mocha is the ultimate iced latte for the holiday season. Whip it up for your holiday brunch or serve it with dessert for a little extra sweetness.
What You’ll Need:
- 1oz espresso (or very strong coffee)
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup (for a less sweet mocha, sub in 1 Tbsp)
- 3/4 cup Elmhurst Oat Barista Edition
- Ice
- Dairy free whipped cream & candy cane pieces, optional for toppings
How To Make It:
- Prep your espresso or strong coffee.
- Add the peppermint extract, cacao & maple syrup and mix well
- To a glass with ice, add Oat Barista Edition
- Pour your espresso mixture over the milk
- Top with dairy free whipped cream & sprinkle with candy cane pieces. Enjoy!
