How To Make Simple Dairy-Free Icing
We love using this super simple dairy-free icing recipe to top off cakes, cookies and other baked goodies. Crafted with our Unsweetened Coconut Cashew Milk, it’s got the perfect balance of creamy and sweet!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp of Elmhurst Coconut Cashew milk
- Sprinkles, or your other favorite toppings!
How To Make It:
- Add the powdered sugar and 2 tbsp of Coconut Cashew milk. Add another tbsp if the icing is too thick.
- Mix until smooth
- Drizzle the icing over your favorite holiday cookies and finish with sprinkles or your other favorite toppings!
