GREAT texture and taste!
I love Elmhurst unsweetened oatmilk! I am thrilled about how healthy it is and the lack of nasties! I drink it vs another organic brand because on this website if you dig a little it says that they are certified glysophate residue free by The Detox Society - but it doesn't address this at all on the carton, which makes me just a bit leery???

Healthiest, Tastiest Oat Milk on the Market
OK so when I switched to oat milk, I thought I was being healthy. Until I started reading the labels. Most oat milks including Kirkland, Oatly, and a bunch of others actually have gums or oils in the milk that give it an emulsive quality. The result is disgustingly sweet or gummy milk that is probably not good for you. I searched high and low for an oat milk that was actually healthy and this is the only one. Why? Because it only has water, oats, and a pinch of salt. THANK YOU ELMHURST for making the only shelf-stable, simple, and nutritious oat milk on the market. I am laughing my a** off because all these other companies are adding crazy stuff into their milks to make it taste better, but the result is just awful. I have been using Elmhurst's unsweetened oat milk to make my oat lattes now and they are absolutely delicious. My only sticking point with this product is the price. Other oat milks are about half to a quarter of the price, so I would love if Elmhurst was able to bring down the cost somehow. However, I love the product and company's dedication to making clean, simple, nutritious products so I will continue to buy from Elmhurst.

Elmhurst oat milk has NOTHING nasty (no flavorings, no chemicals, no colorings), it is low in fat, and it is plain and simple ....as well as absolutely delicious! So many plant milks have many additives, most of which are not beneficial to health, but Elmhurst has just three simple ingredients: filtered water, oats (a wholesome whole grain!), and a touch of salt. Try it! You'll love it, too.
