I unfortunately cannot eat dairy products anymore due to a milk protein sensitivity and have found it a bit difficult to find alternatives that I truly like, as I love dairy and sour cream is one of my favorite products. I purchased this on a whim and have to admit it’s growing on me. On its own it is tame with a touch of oat and some sour cream flavor, however mixed in with foods it’s a great alternative. Texture is on point. Only reason I’m giving four stars is I feel it could use more of a “sour” taste but other than that will continue to purchase. Well done!
