FAQs
Hemp protein is a plant protein naturally found in hemp. We chose to use it as the base for TerraMeat because it makes our cutlets tender and juicy without the need for added filler ingredients. Plus it’s highly digestible, contains super amino acids, and packed with protein and iron.
No, once you’ve crafted your cutlet according to our instructions, it’s safe to eat. However, we recommend taking things a step further and cooking with TerraMeat in your favorite chicken recipes. Grill, bake, bread or fry – TerraMeat can be used anyway that chicken can!
Once your cutlet is cool enough to handle, try removing it from the measuring cup and gently shaping it with your hands while running it under cool water. This will help you achieve the perfect cutlet shape.
