Our Strawberries & Cream Smoothie recipe is so velvety and sweet, you’ll be reaching for it as a snack and a better-for-you dessert. Thanks to our Unsweetened Cashew Milk, it’s perfectly creamy without any added junk!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- ½ cup Elmhurst Unsweetened Cashew Milk
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ avocado
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
- Maple syrup, to taste
- Optional – dairy free yogurt for the glass
How To Make It:
- Add your fresh strawberries to a blender and sweeten with maple syrup to taste. Blend until fully pureed and set aside.
- In your blender again, add your cashew milk, frozen strawberries, banana, avocado, protein powder, hemp hearts & a drizzle of maple syrup and blend until smooth.
- Swirl your glass with yogurt then add your strawberry puree and smoothie then enjoy!
