Lavender Cloud Iced Latte

What You’ll Need:
- 1 Shot of espresso, or coffee brewed strong
- Butterfly pea tea
- ¾ cup of Elmhurst Vanilla Lavender Botanical Blend
- Ice
- Sweetener of choice*
- Squeeze of lemon*
Pro-Tip: For a more purple latte, add a squeeze of lemon when brewing your tea and infusing your Vanilla Lavender Botanical Blend. The acidity will turn the butteryfly pea tea from blue to the perfect purple.
How To Make It:
- Steep 1-2 tablespoons of butterfly pea tea in hot water to your preferred strength, according to the instructions on the package.
- In a separate vessel, add Elmhurst Vanilla Lavender Botanical Blend and an additional 1-2 tablespoons of butterfly pea tea. Steep for a few minutes to infuse the butterfly pea tea, then strain and froth the remaining milk into cold foam.
- Add ice to your favorite glass, then top with the tea, cold foam and espresso. Voila – your iced latte is ready to enjoy!
