Blue Skies Iced Dirty Chai

INGREDIENTS:
- 2oz Atomo Blended Espresso
- 1 chai tea bag + ¼ cup hot water
- 1/2 cup Elmhurst® Barista Edition Oat Milk
- *Optional - Maple Syrup, to taste
- Ice
- 4 Tbsp Elmhurst® Pistachio Creme Oat Creamer
- ¼ tsp Butterfly Pea Tea or Blue Spirulina (for color)
DIRECTIONS:
- Steep tea bag in hot water for 3-5 minutes, set aside.
- Prepare your Atomo espresso using recommendations on pack, or scan below for more brewing tips.
- In a container or cup, combine pistachio creamer & butterfly pea tea and froth until cloud-like consistency.
- To a glass with ice, add your espresso, chai, oat milk and sweetener of choice. Top with cold foam & enjoy!
