BANANA BREAD PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Two of our favorite things coming together to bring you one amazingly smooth and creamy glass of nutrition packed goodness. This Banana Bread Protein Smoothie is made with our Unsweetened Oat Milk, adding some extra whole grain to the mix to help keep you fueled up longer but you can also sub in our Unsweetened Walnut Milk for some extra flavor and Omega-3s or Unsweetened Almond Milk for even more plant-based protein!
Ingredients:
- • ½ cup Elmhurst® 1925 Unsweetened Oat Milk
- • ⅓ cup gluten-free oats
- • 2 Tbsp almond butter
- • ½ tsp cinnamon
- • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- • 1 banana, frozen
- • 6 to 8 cubes of ice
Directions:
Add oat milk and all other ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and top as you please - we recommend adding sliced bananas, mini chocolate chips and granola. Enjoy!
