How to Make Apple Pie Overnight Oats with Plant-Based Milk

Whether you want to save time in the morning or are just looking to try something new, apple pie overnight oats are filling, yet decadent. Combine all of the ingredients except for the toppings and seal them in an airtight container in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, add fresh chopped apples on top, and enjoy a healthy "apple pie" for breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • • 1 cup Elmhurst® Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • • ¼ cup Applesauce
  • • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • • 1 tsp Nut Butter
  • • Maple syrup, to taste
  • • Chopped, fresh apples to top

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or container, add all your ingredients except the fresh apples and stir until well combined.
  2. Once mixed, seal with an airtight lid and pop in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.
  3. Top with fresh apples and any other toppings like granola or chopped nuts and enjoy!
