WE NEVER USE INDUSTRIAL ADDITIVES We don’t use industrial stabilizers, emulsifiers or gums like carrageenan, locust bean, or xanthan, which many of the leading brands do (have you read their ingredient lists?). Nature has done a pretty great job, so why add unnecessary chemicals to our foods?
WE ONLY USE WHOLE INGREDIENTS We use whole, raw ingredients, and never pre-processed industrial barrels of paste like the other leading brands do. Often nuts are sold as commodities from many farms and then processed into paste that then sits in barrels until they are used to make many of the nutmilks you see on the shelves today.
WE USE A MORE NUTRITIOUS QUANTITY OF INGREDIENTS We use more nuts in every serving, often up to 4 times the amount, than the other leading brands. Using more whole nuts provides a more nutritious and satisfying nutmilk.
WE USE COLD MILLING We use a simple mechanical milling and pressing technique that naturally converts our whole nuts into a delicious, creamy milk.
WE RETAIN AND BLEND IN MORE NUTRIENTS FROM OUR INGREDIENTS Our innovative process extracts all of the protein, fat and micronutrients of our ingredients and makes these more accessible for digestion. This means we never need to fortify our products with pea or rice protein like the other leading brands.
