Tropical Smoothie

Sip on a Tropical Smoothie without ever leaving the comfort of your home. This smoothie was created with the beach, warmer days, and full flavor in mind. We started with a base of Elmhurst Milked Oats because we were looking to ditch the Oatmeal, but not the nutrition that comes along with it. This oatmilk packs 20g of whole grains in every glass; it’s wholesome and delicious whole grain nutrition. You can have nutrition mixed with a beach feel right at your fingertips with a Tropical Smoothie that also incorporates: pineapple, banana, orange, riced cauliflower, and shredded coconut. All the ingredients are frozen (except the oatmilk and shredded coconut) to give that frozen-drink beach feel. It’s so good, you’ll almost mistake it for ice cream. Guilt-free, you can feel good about going back for seconds.

  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup orange
  • 3/4 cup riced cauliflower
  • Top with shredded coconut
