Ingredients and Directions
- 1 cup Elmhurst Unsweetened Milked Hazelnuts™
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup spinach, frozen
- 1/2 cup kale, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup swiss chard leaves
- 2 Tbsp hempseed
- Handful of ice cubes, optional
- Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until thoroughly mixed.
- Serve immediately
