I first heard about Elmhurst almond milk from Bobby Parrish-flavcity. I bought the variety 6 pack and so glad I did. I really love them all but I think my favorites are the cashew and hazelnut. They just taste better to me or its just something different from my everyday almond milk. I used my Breville milk frother and the froth is super fluffy and silky.

WOW!!! Just amazing!! I was searching for an almond milk that could replace my Simply Almond from Trader Joe's and this is IT!! Trader Joe discontinued their fresh almond milk and this is even better. I compared the nutrition facts and this company his the most nuts in each carton than anything I've purchased before. Worth every penny and I am ordering every month!! Thank you!!

My local Market only carries your "sweetened" versions.I order the Unsweetened Hazelnut 6 pack..and share it! Love your Website..which explains other unsweetened varieties and how they can be used...keep the recipes and suggestions coming!....Glad to see you have a 6 pack variety of unsweetened..I want to try them all! Thank you for offering these unadulterated alternatives!
I adore the unsweetened hazelnut, cashew, and walnut milks. I love that there are no additives (I seem to be sensitive to them all!), taste like the nuts they're made from (they should, right?! not like some weird vanilla-y concoction?), and are waaaay easier for me than making my own "milks"--not to mention that they're actually smooth, unlike mine! All three are great in coffee and hot chocolate. I blend them with a handful of nuts and a pinch of salt when I want an extra-thick "cream" version. The hazelnut is probably my fave for this purpose--a thick, rich hazelnut hot chocolate is one of my absolute fave things. The walnut is closest to milk-milk, and stands in well for it in teas and cereal, while the cashew works wonderfully for teas like turmeric or chai as well as for cooking (it makes a mean dairy-free vodka sauce), and it froths the best for lattes. If you're used to a creamer or whole milk consistency (rather than a low-fat milk), the cashew's probably your the best bet as a stand-alone. I like the almond too--for baking and cereal--and this is without a doubt the best almond milk I've found. In general, though, I think almond milks make coffee taste cardboardy, so I wish you could still buy the unsweetened versions a la carte.
