Vegan Snicker Shake with Peanut Chocolate Milk
- 2 bananas, cut into chunks and frozen
- 2 tbsp smooth, natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 2 cups Elmhurst Chocolate Peanut Milk
- 1/4 cup melted vegan chocolate
- 1/3 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp vegan chocolate sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan whipped cream
- 2 vegan chocolate sticks
- 2 tbsp vegan caramel sauce
- Place the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Dip the top of your serving glasses in melted chocolate and then cover with roasted peanut pieces.
- Spoon the chocolate sauce into the serving glasses, pour in the smoothie and top with vegan whipped cream, chocolate sticks, caramel sauce and a sprinkling of chopped peanuts.
