Vanilla-Mint Mango Smoothie

The secret is in the pieces it’s comprised of.
All great smoothies start with a phenomenal base. This one started with the Elmhurst Cashew Milk. It has an irresistibly creamy and subtle flavor, which is the first part to making the perfect Vanilla-Mint Mango Smoothie.
The second part is that the mango, cauliflower, and banana were all frozen prior to blending. This helped ensure the smoothie stayed even thicker and creamier.
And finally, when we added a splash of vanilla and some mint leaves, it left this smoothie for perfection.
We recommend this smoothie first thing in the morning, when you’re feeling run down (one cup of mango contains 46 milligrams of vitamin C, which is 76 percent daily value), and/or right after a workout.
