Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Most Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie recipes have, at the very least, 4 ingredients. They contain the chocolate, peanut butter, banana and then a water, ice cream or milk base of some sort.
But not this Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie. It requires that you have just 3 ingredients on hand, none of which are dairy and all of which are Vegan.
The base to this smoothie is Elmhurst Peanut Chocolate Milk. 2 Tbsp peanut butter contains 8 grams of protein. Couple that with the peanut chocolate milk, and you have a delicious smoothie complete with 16 grams of protein.

- 1.5 cups Elmhurst Peanut Chocolate Milk
- 1.5 cups frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
- Add all ingredients to blender – you should always start with your liquid base closest to where the blades are in the blender and end with any frozen ingredients so they’re farthest from the blades.
- Top with a little bit more peanut butter, chopped banana, or anything else you’d like to add.
