Caramel-Cashew Bananas Foster
- 1/4 cup Elmhurst Cashew Milk
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/2 cup Butter (Vegan Alternative: 1/2 cup Vegan Butter)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Rum
- 2 cups Banana Slices
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- Heat the brown sugar and butter in a large saucepan until combined.
- Mix in the Cashew Milk and cinnamon.
- Carefully add in the rum.
- Add in the banana slices and cook until hot, about 1 minute.
- Serve with the vanilla ice cream and the pan sauce.
