Banana Walnut Pancakes


    • 1 cup Walnut Milk
    • 1 cup Flour, All-Purpose
    • 2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1 tbsp Sugar, Granulated
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

*Optional - 1 Egg, Beaten


  • Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a small mixing bowl.
  • Combine the Walnut Milk, bananas, milk, egg, and vegetable oil together in a separate mixing bowl.
  • Sift the flour mixture into the bananas and mix the batter.
  • Heat and oil a griddle.
  • Portion the pancakes to desired size and cook on the griddle.
  • Once bubbles start to form on the top of the pancakes, flip them.
  • After a minute, remove the pancakes and serve immediately.
