- 1 cup Walnut Milk
- 1 cup Flour, All-Purpose
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar, Granulated
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
*Optional - 1 Egg, Beaten
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a small mixing bowl.
Combine the Walnut Milk, bananas, milk, egg, and vegetable oil together in a separate mixing bowl.
Sift the flour mixture into the bananas and mix the batter.
Heat and oil a griddle.
Portion the pancakes to desired size and cook on the griddle.
Once bubbles start to form on the top of the pancakes, flip them.
After a minute, remove the pancakes and serve immediately.
